However, the App uses
Unity Analytics to help us understand gameplay and improve the App, which may involve collection of certain device and usage data (which can be considered personal data under some laws).
2) Data We Collect (via Unity Analytics)We use
Unity Analytics (a service by Unity) to measure app performance and gameplay events (for example: session starts, level completion, crashes/errors if enabled, feature usage).
Unity Analytics may collect and process data such as:
- Device and app information (e.g., device type, OS version, app version, language/region)
- Identifiers and network data (e.g., IP address and device identifiers in some contexts)
- Gameplay/usage events that we configure (analytics “events”)
We do
not use Unity Ads or ad tracking in the App (unless stated otherwise in future updates).We do
not attempt to identify you personally, and we do not request sensitive data (such as contacts, photos, precise location, etc.).
3) Authentication & Platform Services (Google Play Games / Apple Game Center)The App may allow sign-in through platform services:
- Google Play Games (Android)
- Apple Game Center (iOS)
When you sign in on Android, your
gamer identity is shared with the game so the service can provide features like leaderboards/achievements.
Google also provides user settings for controlling Play Games profile visibility and related privacy options.
We do not store your Google/Apple account credentials, and we do not operate our own identity system for this sign-in.
4) Leaderboards & AchievementsIf you use leaderboards/achievements through Google Play Games or Game Center:
- Your profile name/avatar and scores may be visible to other players within the platform’s ecosystem, depending on your platform privacy settings.
- We do not host or store these platform leaderboard identities on our own servers.
5) How We Use DataWe use analytics data to:
- improve gameplay balance and level design
- diagnose issues and improve stability
- understand which features are used and where users drop off
6) Legal Bases (EEA/UK and similar regions)Where required by applicable law (e.g., in the EEA/UK), we rely on
user consent for analytics collection or provide opt-out/choices as required. Unity’s analytics privacy documentation notes that consent/opt-out requirements can apply depending on region and use case.
7) Sharing of DataAnalytics data is processed by Unity as our service provider/data processor. Unity’s privacy materials describe how Unity handles personal information related to apps that use Unity technology/services.
We do not sell personal data.
8) Data RetentionWe do not maintain our own user database. Data collected via Unity services is retained according to Unity’s applicable settings/policies and our configuration of the service.
9) Your Choices / Opt-OutDepending on your region and the App build, you may have choices such as:
- declining analytics collection (where implemented)
- adjusting platform privacy settings (Google Play Games / Game Center)
Unity provides guidance on managing data privacy and consent when using Analytics.
10) Children’s PrivacyWe do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us at

Note: analytics services may still collect certain device/network identifiers; if your App is directed to children, you must apply additional compliance measures.
11) Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy. We will change the “Effective Date” above and publish the updated version on the App store listing and/or our support page.
